Finally, the house has arrived. Maybe some of you might think i am crazy but it was really cool to watch it take shape. A moment you might just have once in your life. Like a big puzzle. And of course putting the walls in place made me think it all went really quick. But i do think the rest of the journey will be as exiting. Watching the inside beeing built, tiles, walls, floor...
But everything was not "painfree" 6.45 the lorry person that is reloading (the lorries from the factory is too big to drive down the narrow roads) the house called and said his lorry was broke. And as all you that has been in Stockholm today know it has been raining a bit aswell :)
I was there 6.50 this morning to watch everything. It started with a small lorry that delivered the small things. At about 8 am some of the outside walls for the second floor arrived. at 9.25 the downstairs walls was there. I know i have been asking if they know what they are doing when everything has been delayed, but today it was nice seeing they do know how to build a house, it is the way there that has been a bit back and forth.
When the rain come i did thank my lucky star that there was a house on the land already. I sat there and watched it from the window .
At about 2 pm i left. I couldn't be outside because of the rain. Went back at about 5 pm. They had put the ceiling in and started with the second floor. You can see everything on the pictures at the link to the right and a few below.
